Refund Policy

At InkCraft Studio, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of tattooing, we do not offer refunds once the tattoo has been completed. If you’re unhappy with your design, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we’ll work with you to make adjustments or offer a touch-up at no additional charge. For custom designs, a deposit is required to secure your appointment, which is non-refundable but can be applied toward future services.
